GROUP SHOWCASE
RESPECT MISSOURI VOTERS
"We are a grassroots, volunteer-led campaign working to preserve the citizen led initiative petition process and make our government work for everyday Missourians. We’re building a more ethical, effective government of, by, and for the people and we need your help!" For the past 17 months RMoV has coordinated thousands of volunteers to collect signatures for Amendment 6. They have worked diligently to strengthen our Citizen Initiative Process here in Missouri. Please go to their website to learn more about them, make a donation, see what they are doing how you can get involved if you'd like. Respect Missouri Voters is a CROSS PARTISAN COALITION FIGHTING FOR EVERY VOTER. https://respectmovoters.org/
IN THE NEWS!
Springfield Community Members who showed up to talk about a resolution relating to police use of automated license plate readers (ALPR)/Flock cameras were never allowed to speak on Monday. The outburst happened when council voted 5-3 to send the resolution to the city’s Plans and Policies Committee, a move that didn’t allow for any public hearing.
The Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Book Mobile could come to Springfield if we make enough requests! Sign up and request then to come to our city here.
Finally some justice is being done - "Police make 2nd arrest in death of Tasia Fortune, Mississippi woman found hanging from tree." 29-year-old Tasia Fortune was found hanging from a tree on August 3rd. Two arrested.
